Insurance / Mileage / Generator Usage

   Note: Your auto insurance that
            covers rental vehicle will usually

            not cover RV rentals

   ex. 4 nights rental : 400 miles included 

- Included Generator Usage: 4 Hrs per

Optional Fees

- Tank Empty Service Fee: $80 

   (If the gray and Black tank are not emptied) 

- Cleaning Service Fee : $100 

   (If returned dirty)

- Pet Fee : $100


Overage Charges 

- Mileage: $0.45 ~ $0.50 / Mi. for each overage

  mile

- Generator: $4 / Hr. for each overage hour

Pickup Time: 2 PM 

Return Time: 11:00 AM 


Minimum Rental : 3 Nights  

Driver's Age : 25 Years or older with a valid 

                       driver's license 

    - Commercial driver's license not required

    - Driving record check required

Smoking : Not Allowed


Payment Terms

Payment Due : 50% to confirm reservation and

                       block off the reserved dates 

                       50% one day before the start of

                       the rental


Refundable Security Deposit : $ 1,000 

                           (Credit card authorization)  

Cancellation Policy

Full refund 30 days before rental
50% refund of payments collected within 30 - 14 days of rental
No refund within 14 days of rental. 
$80 cancellation processing fee will be applied to all refunds
